Ennijo Subprocessors
Ennijo is provided by 29in5 LLC, doing business as Ennijo.
To operate, secure, and support Ennijo, we use a limited number of third-party service providers. Some of these providers may process Personal Information, including CRM Contact Data, in connection with providing services to Ennijo.

Core Subprocessors and Service Providers
These providers support the Ennijo CRM application.

Ennijo does not receive or store full payment card numbers. Payment card details are processed by Stripe.
Website, Academy, and Lead-Capture Services
The following providers support Ennijo's public websites, training academy, and lead-capture forms. They do not process CRM Contact Data maintained inside the Ennijo application; they process information submitted by individuals through Ennijo-operated forms and websites.

Customer-Authorized Integrations
The following services are enabled only when a Customer or its administrator authorizes the integration.
These integrations are separate from Ennijo's core subprocessors and process information to provide functionality selected by the Customer.

Ennijo's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements. See Section 8 of our Privacy Policy.
Where domain-wide delegation is used, access is authorized and controlled by the Customer's Google Workspace administrator. The Customer may remove or modify that authorization through its Google Workspace administrative controls.
Website Technical Resources
Certain Ennijo-related websites load technical resources, such as web fonts and code libraries, directly from third-party content delivery networks. When a browser requests a resource directly from one of those networks, the network may receive technical information such as the visitor's IP address.
These providers do not receive Account Data or CRM Contact Data and are not subprocessors of Customer Data. See Section 11 of our Privacy Policy.
Provider Infrastructure
The providers listed above may use their own affiliates, subprocessors, cloud platforms, or other infrastructure providers to deliver their services.
Those relationships are governed by the applicable provider's own contracts, data processing terms, and subprocessor disclosures.
Ennijo does not separately list every downstream provider used by each service provider on this page.
Changes to This List
We may add, remove, or replace service providers and subprocessors as Ennijo develops.
When we make a material change to this list, we will:
- Update this page
- Update the "Last Updated" date
- Provide notice to Customers where required by applicable law or our Data Processing Addendum
